Written by John Thorn, official historian of the MLB, the story takes readers back in history with lot of prints, old photos, and memorabilia. “I really lucked out finding that gorgeous, color lithograph for the cover but bringing color to the interior of the book was a challenge. I gave many of the engravings and old photographs inside a ‘hand-colored’ treatment.”
